Machine operator (m/f)

Profession and training:

Machine operators work in our production on the latest machine tools.
The work of a machine operator revolves around either the workpiece to be machined or the tool itself. The workpieces are machined using drills, milling cutters and lathe tools. For this purpose machine tools such as CNC lathes and milling machines are operated, programmed and set-up. The profession of the machine operator offer a wide range of opportunities.

During the 3.5-year training the basic principles of machining on conventional milling machines and lathes are taught. The necessary know-how is learnt from the ground up in our training workshop. How to prepare and read technical documentation, the different machining methods, the programming and setting up of machines as well as the planning and monitoring or the production process are taught during the training.

Experience Report

Industrial management assistant (m/f)

Profession and training

While training to become an industrial management assistant at Hauhinco you will spend time in all departments to become familiar with the processes in the organisation. The goal is to be able to plan, undertake and monitor all commercial tasks at the end of the training. The training at Hauhinco includes, among other aspects, the design of individual work processes, invoicing and finance, procurement of materials and services, to the provision of appropriate support to our international customers. The training lasts 3 years.

Experience Report

Mechatronic (m/f)

The job of a mechatronic (m/f) is diversified and consists of mechanical-, electronic- and IT-knowledge. The mechatronic builds mechanical, electrical and electronic components. S/He assembles complex systems. Also industrial process management and control is is an important part of the training. After the training, the mechatronic is able to install control-software and to maintain systems. Due to the diversity of the job, the mechatronic can work in almost every job on the production level.

Warehouse specialist/specialist for warehouse logistics (m/f)

Profession and training

A specialist for warehouse logistics is responsible for the acceptance and inspection of deliveries as they arrive. During this process unloading must be organised and the goods placed in store. Of course the products and systems manufactured in the works must also be sent to customers all over the world. Appropriate paperwork is prepared in shipping, load units assembled and packaging costs determined. The goods must be securely, correctly packed before shipping to suit the form of shipment. Also the work processes for loading the goods must be planned. Training to become a specialist in warehouse logistics lasts 3 years.

Technical product designer (m/f), specialisation machine and system design

Profession and training

As a technical product designer at Hauhinco you will work in design. Here all components, assemblies and products are designed to meet customer wishes. This statement applies above all to the components and assemblies in high pressure pumps, pump systems, valves and control systems. All designs are prepared and edited on modern CAD systems.
During the training you will learn how to use CAD systems and prepare 3D data models. Standards must be followed during the preparation of drawings and precise working is required. In addition, the selection of materials, consideration of cost aspects as well as technical and design requirements, and the preparation of technical documentation are a key part of the 4-year training.
